PMX Aviation Services LLC is a Hawaii-based aviation maintenance and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support company providing rapid response maintenance services throughout the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific region. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced attorney who is interested in becoming a long-term strategic advisor and member of our executive leadership team.
Job Description
PMX Aviation Services LLC is seeking an experienced Hawaii attorney to serve as the company's General Counsel and Business Affairs Manager. This is a long-term executive leadership position supporting ownership in legal, employment, operational, and strategic business matters.

The position is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, although the successful candidate should be reasonably available during normal Hawaii business hours to assist with time-sensitive matters.
