Description

Holland & Hart's growing Finance Team is seeking an experienced attorney join us in any of our office locations.


Requirements: 
Ideal candidates will have five or more years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: lender-and/or borrower-side representation in commercial and industrial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured single-lender and syndicated senior, mezzanine and subordinate credit facilities, equipment leasing and asset-based lending. Financial institution regulatory experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate should display passion for working hard, take initiative in a fast-paced environment with motivated and collegial colleagues, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and diverse culture that supports our firm values (https://www.hollandhart.com/statement-of-values).

Salary Range:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $210,000 - $270,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
