Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Associate Attorney for its Commercial Litigation Practice Group in its Las Vegas office. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities will include evaluating case files, motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, conducting depositions, defending client depositions, mediations and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, research and communication skills
• Exceptional personal interaction skills and positive attitude
• Maintain a commitment to superior client service, and
